Hi, I'm Belinda Sandor

I started my Virtual Assistant business, RocketGirl Solutions, in 2010, a few months before I turned 50. I was divorced, six figures in debt, and couldn't land a job interview.

Over the next eleven years, I billed more than 20,000 hours and earned over a million dollars, doing the work myself from home. In 2019, I founded The VA Connection, now a community of more than 63,000 women in 47 countries.

Today I live on a farm in rural Virginia with my husband, Greg. This podcast is the clearest way I know to show you how I built that life, and what it would take to build yours.
